Admissions Process

To start your child’s application, simply complete the form on our Enrol Online page. Once we receive your details, a member of our Admissions Team will contact you directly to guide you through the next steps of the enrolment process.

As part of the admissions process, all applicants are required to provide supporting documentation. These documents help us ensure accurate placement and allow us to fully understand each student’s learning needs.

Please note: All documents must be submitted in English. If translation is necessary, they must be certified with an official stamp and signature to be accepted as legal translations.

Application Review Process

Each application is carefully reviewed by the Principal to ensure that every student is placed in the most suitable learning environment. The review process includes:

• Evaluating any previous learning support needs, Individual Education Plans (IEPs), diagnoses, or behavioral considerations.

• Reviewing the past two years of report cards, including subjects studied, curriculum alignment, academic progress, social development, and overall potential.

• Confirming age appropriateness for the desired class level.

• Considering the number of years spent in school to date.

• Assessing subject choices in relation to the school’s curriculum.

• Ensuring that the application satisfies the criteria outlined in the school’s Admissions Policy.

In addition, the following steps are completed as part of the admissions process:

• The Business Department confirms receipt of the application fee.

• Staff are informed of the student’s start date and provided with all relevant information.

• The school nurse is granted access to the student’s medical history to ensure appropriate care.

Offer & Acceptance

If a place is available for your child — or as soon as one becomes available from the waiting list — you will receive a formal Offer Letter. This will clearly outline the fees payable as well as the terms and conditions of enrolment.

Once you accept the offer, you will be warmly welcomed into the STEAM Education community. Families receive a New Starter Information Pack with everything needed to prepare for the first day, including daily schedules, uniform details, and after-school activities.

To make the transition even smoother, our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) will reach out to connect with you, answer questions, and support your family as you settle into school life.

Tuition & Enrolment Fees

To secure your child’s place at STEAM Education, the tuition fees and enrolment fee must be paid in full. Please note that admission is subject to the following conditions:

• Receipt of a satisfactory reference from your child’s current school.

• Payment of the non-refundable Enrolment Fee and non-refundable Application Fee.

• Acceptance of the formal offer and payment of all indicated fees prior to your child’s start date, and no later than the lapse date specified in the Offer Letter (unless exceptional circumstances apply).

By completing these steps, your child’s place will be officially confirmed, and our team will guide you through the final preparations for joining the school.
