Our Recruitment Process

  1. Apply Online
    Submit your application through our careers portal. Be sure to include your CV, teaching qualifications, and a cover letter that tells us why you’d like to join STEAM Education.

  2. Application Review
    Our HR and leadership teams carefully review each application against the requirements of the role. We look for passion, professionalism, and international-mindedness as much as experience.

  3. Interview Process
    Shortlisted candidates are invited to take part in one or more interviews. Depending on the role, this may include:

  • An online or in-person interview

  • A teaching demonstration or sample lesson

  • An opportunity to ask questions and learn about our schools

  1. References & Verification
    We request professional references and verify teaching certifications, safeguarding training, and employment history in line with international best practice.

  2. Offer & Onboarding
    Successful candidates receive a formal offer and join our structured onboarding programme, ensuring a smooth transition into the STEAM Education community.
